McCutchen, Contracting Officer Pre-Solicitation Notice: A contract will be awarded for the following work. Replace 208V Panels, Emergency Generator and Relocate Air Handler Unit #2, there will also be one Option. Demolish existing air handling unit #2 and miscellaneous items and replace with new roof-top air handling unit. Work to be accomplished at the Lawton PHS Indian Hospital, Lawton, Ok. Award will be made on the total aggregate offer. The purposed contract listed herein is Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act for firms that are at least 51 percent Indian owned, controlled and operated. Offerors who are not currently certifed by IHS or BIA are required to submit proof of ownership and eligibility for Indian Preference under the "Buy Indian Act". Estimated magnitude is $100,000 to $500,000. Estimated performance period is 180 days. Bonds are required for this project.
