Training shall be provided to Air Force personnel to provide them with the basic skills necessary to conduct mediation sessions of civilian and military disputes in accordance with Air Force and Department of Defense guidelines. The period of performance for the preparation and presentation of two 24 hour basic mediation training courses will be within a twelve month period. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
