Woodard, Contracting Officer, (440) 526-3030, Extension 7443 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center intends to contract for a commercial items procurement of a consolidated Maintenance and software support for a government owned MUMPS Audiofax System (Interactive telephone appointment reminder and prescription refill system) for the Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Brecksville, Ohio, Dayton, Ohio, Cincinnati, Ohio and the Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic, Columbus, Ohio(VISN 10) for the period of October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998 with four one year renewal options with the exception of Cincinnati, Ohio whose base year will be June 1, 1998 through September 30, 1998. Contractor will be required to provide software maintenance, telephone software support, on site next business day hardware maintenance repair, software updates and software enhancements at each facility. Contractor must have the knowledge and skill necessary to maintain the system with the necessary applications which would interface to and run the system, the required software to upgrade the system, and the necessary codes to run the system.
