beginning in January and concluding with an outbrief and written report
delivered to the Secretary and the Chief in December. The studies are
aided by technical writers and executive officers who travel with study
teams between April and September. These persons help produce draft
copies of the report and briefing while on the road. Portable computing

provided from the technical writers, full-time SAB staff edit and
prepare the final report and briefing. This staff also travels

specified equipment and services in order to properly support SECAF-
and CSAF-directed studies. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: Technical support
