Systems must have a minimum of 600 white male profiles and 500 black male profiles to include shoulder features. Systems must have the capability to ' link to paintbrush, desktop publishing and digital retrieval systems. Systems must be capable of training cognitive interview techniques and the paintbrush technique. Systems must be upgraded annually. All interested parties must submit a written quote within 15 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice. there is no solicitation or RFQ for this procurement.
