The United States Special Operations Command hereby modifies its requirement previously submitted under CBD Submission Notice 041018 for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 for Improved SOF SIGINT Manpack Systems (I-SSMS). The requirement has been increased to include twenty (20) additional I-SSMS Retrofit Kits and nine (9)additional I-SSMS Ground Systems. The solicitation also adds an additional option requirement to procure 113 additional I-SSMS Systems and eight (8) additional I-SSMS System Spares over four option years. See Note 22. (0233)
