70 -- MODIFICATION OF EXISTING CONTRACT TO ADD A SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT POC Thomas Draughn, Contract Administrator, (202) 874-6746 The Financial Management Services intends to modify its current contract T-fms-95-28 with Sterling Software, Inc. to add a Site Licence Agreement. The Site License will allow FMS to use one or more copies of the software operating under one or more operating system images within a single enterprise at the same or multiple locations. Connect:Direct and Connect:Mail on all platforms and provisions for future products and maintenance for existing products will be include in the agreement. The term of the license agreement is 3 years with 2 optional years available and includes central site maintenance. Interested parties which believes itself capable of providing the required Site License Agreement must respond within fifteen (15) calendar days after the appearance of this synopsis submitting technical information and pricing data, sent to the address and POC above. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. No solicitation document exist and request for such documents will be considered non-responsive and not valid for further consideration.
