To include but not limited to: Demolition of existing animal cages and veterinary storage structure on roof top site, removal of roof topping slab and insulation, replacing with floor substrate, erection of support structures, installation of new roof, decontamination of lab, modification of stair #1, installation of plumbing and electrical, modification of the cooled chiller system, replacement of heating convertors and associated pumps, installation of two (2) exhaust fans (one standby) and installation of fire alarm devices. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Anticipated date of issue is 22 August 1997.
