N -- PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF HIGH MAST LIGHT FIXTURE SOL RFQ 249-0076 DUE 091297 POC James D. Smith, Contracting Officer, (512) 786-3576. The successful offeror shall provide a complete High Mast Pole provision, including all materials, labor, equipment, devices, and any and all other items necessary for installation of one (1) high mast pole. The work shall meet the requirements of National, State and Local codes that govern the project. The successful offeror shall furnish all skilled mechanics, craftsman, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, costs, and services necessary to completely install all the High Mast Pole provisions. The successful offeror will also be responsible for providing a complete High Mast System. The system shall be a complete integral assembly, appropriately designed for the luminaries, lowering devices and poles. The manufacturer shall provide evidence of at least ten years experience manufacturing this equipment for a correctional facility with minimum of five years local representation. Performance of this contract will include a base period of 60 days from date of award. The place of delivery will be the Federal Correctional Institution, Three Rivers, TX. Bids in original and two copies shall be received at the Federal Correctional Institution Three Rivers, P.O. Box 4000, Highway 72 West, Three Rivers, TX 78071-4000, Attention: James D. Smith, Contract Specialist. This procurement has been 100% set-aside for small business. A reasonable number of solicitations will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
