16 -- MULTI-SPECTRAL IMAGING SYSTEM DUE 090497 POC Contact Point, Scott Shyrock, 407/783-9915, Ext. 3127, Purchasing Agent DoS/AD is looking for an airborne multi-spectral digital imaging system for use on agricultural cultivations. The system can be digital only, or video to digital, and should be capable of distinguishing a specific crop within a given area for the purpose of assessing the total acreage of that crop within that area. The system should be capable of assessing crop yields, stress levels, and determining the effectiveness of herbicide applications on the cultivations. A data analysis system to adequately store, process and interpret imagery data obtained by the multi-spectral imaging system will also be required. The data analysis system should have the capability to create automatic mosaics of the imagery data for various applications. (0231)
