Request DESC be changed to read DESC: The Army requires a firm fixed price contract to Construct Warehouse, Building 7909, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to: Provide and install site work demolition of concrete pavement, backfilling. Provide and install water, sewer and electrical service. Provide and install metal building including: concrete slab and footings, steel doors and frames, builder's hardware, standing seam metal roof, concrete masonry mechanical room. Provide and install electrical work and lighting. Provide and install sprinkler system. Performance shall be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible bidders may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a nonrefundable fee in the amount of $50.00 for this solicitation package. Fee must be submitted with written requests for copies of the solicitation package.
