This project involves applying soil residual to 35 foot wide strips of ground in the firing ranges, impact area, and boundary lines of the Yakima Training Center, Yakima, Washington. The application area totals approximately 84 miles in legth/approximately 350 acres and is to provide protection from range fires. Work is to be accomplished in Fall 1997. The proposed procurement listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns.
