F -- HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL SOL DAKF29-97-B-0028 DUE 100397 POC Contract Specialist Rebecca Fowler (609) 562-3251 (Site Code DAKF29) The Contractor shall provide all services necessary for the disposal of various items of hazardous waste in accordance with all local, state and federal EPA solid and hazardous waste laws and regulations, specifically RCRA. (1) Contractor must own and operate the TSD which is to be utilized for the treatment and disposal of the transported hazardous waste including paint and batteries and flourescent lightbulbs. (2) These services shall include all necessary personnel, labor, transportation, packing, detailed analysis (if required for disposal), equipment and reports. (3) Removal/transportation and recycling of paint, batteries and fluorescent lamps at Fort Dix, New Jersey during the period 1 November 97 through 31 October 1998. Contractor must possess NJDEP certification of the laboratory facility used for testing; NJDEP permits for transportation of hazardous waste, paint, batteries and fluorescent lamps; permits for each hazardous waste facility; and NJDEP permits for recycling paints, batteries andfluorescent lamps.
