It is the Government's intent to issue an indefinite quantity, firm fixed price requirement for the Modular Sleep System (4 components) to be manufactured in accordance with Commercial Item Description A-A-55262 dated November 15, 1994 with a minimum quantity of 75,624 each and a maximum quantity of 151,248 each. The solicitation will contain 3 -- one year 100% term options. The solicitation will be issued on an "unrestricted" basis. The solicitation will utilize best value source selection procedures. The evaluation factors will be Product Demonstration Model (PDM), Past Performance, Socioeconomic Program Support, and DLA Mentoring Business Agreements. A bill and hold initiative will also be included in the solicitation. Deliveries will be required 180 days after date of award to Defense Depot, Albany, NY and Defense Depot, Tracy, CA.
