87 -- FERTILIZER SOL 11-3K06-97 POC Contact Sandra Frazier, Contract Specialist on Telephone No. (301) 344-6003 or FAX No. (301) 3443354 USDA, Agriculture Research Service, intends to purchase the following fertilizer for Clay Center, NE: Urea (46-0-0), nitrogen-phosphate-potassium percentage, granular free-flowing formation (not prilled formulation), approximately 1000 tons, or ammonium nitrate (34-0-0) nitrogen phosphate-potassium to be delivered by pneumatic truck trailers; Anhydrous Ammonia (82-0-0), approximately 260 tons, to be delivered by truck; and treble superphosphate (0-46-0) approximately 300 tons, to be delivered by hopper bottom railroad car (via Jeffers Station, Glenville, NE). The period of performance will be November 17, 1997 through September 30, 1998. This acquisition is unrestricted, small and large businesses may submit bids.
