Postal Service is soliciting proposals to construct a new 8,500 sf main post office at 695 E. Henrietta Rd. in Henrietta, NY. The work includes sitework, paving, carpentry, masonry, electrical, HVAC, and other related work. The estimated cost of the work is between $750,000.00 and $1,000,000.00, with completion within 210 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on September 10, 1997. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made.
