70 -- RANGE STANDARIZATION AND AUTOMATION (RSA) PHASE IIA -- EXERCISE OF OPTION FOR ENGINEERING ANALYSIS, CLIN 0006 The contract action is to exercise Option 2 on the Range Standardization and Automation (RSA) Phase IIA Contract awarded to Lockheed Martin Tactical Systems Company (formerly Loral Systems Company) on 21 Nov 95. Option 2, CLIN 0006 entitled "Engineering Analysis" is being exercised for the tasking of two studies: 1) MIDDS-U Satellite Data Ingestors (SDI) and 2) Flight Operations and Analysis. This CLIN will task the Contractor to perform engineering analysis to either capture emergent technologies not known or not available at the time of contract award or conduct of analysis of changes to functional requirements that require further study in support of the Range Standardization and Automation Phase IIA contract.
