The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, Integrated Clinical Facility-Temple currently has a requirement for maintenance services on Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) Systems, including batteries, manufactured by Liebert Corporation. A Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract consisting of a Base Year and one (1) Option Year will be awrded. Maintenance and Service coverage consists of, but is not limited to: Telephone coverage of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; On-site response time for routine service call shall be 4 hours after official notification; Emergency services as neded; All parts, labor, and travel shall be included in the bid price wiht no additional charges. Offerors shall be engaged full-time in the maintenance and repair of UPS Systems and shall provide a copy of their certification as a Leibert Corporation approved maintenance and repair facility.
