Serneo, Contract Specialist, Tel: (671) 339-8099/2251 The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to demolish housing units; remove and dispose of debris by wood, metal, glass, roof insulation, and concrete products; remove and cap all utility lines; grub and clear, backfill, turf, seed and other related work. The services are to be performed under a combination Firm, Fixed-Price (FFP) and Indefinite Quantity (IQ) type contract. The FFP portion will include 24 housing units and the IQ portion will be between 50 and 100 units. The contract term will be for a period of 12 months. Estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for FFP and IQ. Approximate date of availability of plans and specs is on or about 26 August 1997. Availability of the solicitation is limited and will be furnished on a first-come, first served basis. Bid opening is scheduled fo 25 September 1997 at 2:00 p.m. Guam time.
