T -- HIGH VOLUME PHOTOCOPY AND MAILING SERVICES SOL A060HSC-98-001 DUE 090597 POC Randall Christner, 202-273-1468, fax 202-273-1496 The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts is seeking sealed bids for high-quality, high-volume, photocopy and mailing services to support the issuance of opinions from the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, OH. The successful offeror would produce up to 425 two-sided copies of up to 440 opinions per year, with a typical count of eleven (11) imaged 8.5" x 11" sides per opinion. Contract would require pick-up of camera-ready copy at the Appellate Court in Cincinnati (3-5 days per week), with a mandatory requirement of twenty-four hours to return 85 copies of each opinion back to the Court. In addition, the contractor would be required to make weekly mailings of all opinions issued during that week to up to 340 subscribers. Postage would be at Government expense.
