R -- PRODUCTION OF AN AGENCY INSTITUTIONAL BRIEFING USING 35MM SLIDE PROJECTORS, CONTROLLED BY COMPUTER-PROGRAMMED CUES WITH DIGITAL STEREO SOUND TRACK SOL SSS-97-R-0003 DUE 082997 POC Teresa King, Contracting Officer, Arlington, VA, (703) 605-4038 The Selective Service System has a requirement for the production of a 10 to 15 minute agency institutional overview briefing. The briefing is to be an award-winning multi-image (sound-with-slide) program, attention-getting, informative, descriptive, entertaining, laden with visual effects. The briefing will use six 35mm slide projectors, controlled by computer-programmed cues, along with a digital stereo sound track. Contractor will be required to develop a narrative treatment and script; take and process quality color photography; provide in-house digital sound recording and mixing, do computer-based imaging of special effects slides, accomplish sequencing and programming, and perform all other production tasks. The briefing equipment will be automated and use state-of-the art projectors and digital sound devices for payback. Contractor will be required to install and instruct agency personnel in the operation of all equipment needed to run the finished briefing.
