70 -- INTELLIGENT SERIAL COMMUNICATIONS CONTROLLERS SOL N0025397R0032 DUE 092297 POC Contact Point, Victor Angkico, 360/396-5671 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport, intends to solicite utilizing the policies and procedures found in FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisitions, for approximately 80 each, Intelligent Serial Communications Controllers (ISCC), DY 4 Systems part number: SVME-739-100. The acquisition will be solicited on a sole source basis to DY 4 Systems Ltd., 98 Alexandria Pike, Suite 32, Warrenton, VA 200186-2849. The Government has designed the Torpedo Setting Panel MK 331 Mod 4 around the proprietary design and firmware of the ISCC from DY 4. Due to the proprietary nature of the SVME-739-100, the Government does not have nor can they obtain specifications for a competitive procurement. Delivery is required within 24 weeks after award.
