Work includes, but not limited to, demolition of existing cabinets, plaster walls and asbestos flooring; install new cabinets, fire supression system, new gypsum board, new electrical outlets and lighting; install new sinks to include faucets and disposals; install new vinyl tile flooring; and install new dishwashers. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid. The estimated amount of this requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 26 August 1997. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first-come, first- served basis.
