This project consists of upgrading building interior lighting in three facilities and exterior lighting in two facilities to improve test area lighting. work will include removing existing lighting in designated buildings and replacing them with either high pressure sodium, metal halide, highly efficient fluorescent, or other energy efficient lighting. The work is required at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee and shall be completed within 180 calendar days following a notice to proceed.
