This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be available on or about August 22, 1997. SIC 1542. Cost Range $25,000 -- $100,000. Solicitation requests shall be limited to one copy per firm, to the first 50 requests. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials and tools to accomplish the renovations to the 2nd floor canteen in accordance with specs and drawings. Work includes asbestos abatement, ceiling, flooring, equipment, piping, electrical service, paneling and relocate existing exhaust hood, duct work and sprinklers as necessary. Contractor shall install new floor, ceiling, equipment, ceramic tile, relocate existing equipment, install new electrical service, plumbing systems, modify and relocate existing hood, ductwork and paint.
