Postal Service is soliciting proposals to construct a new USPS-owned facility on a USPS-owned site at 2080 Nine Mile Point Rd. in Penfield, NY 14526. Work includes, but is not limited to, sitework, masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and interior finishes. The estimated cost of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $3,000,000.00, with completion within two hundred sixty (260) calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on September 4, 1997. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made. Proposal documents, plans and specifications will be available o/a August 8, 1997 at a cost of $100.00 per set (non-refundable) from the Facilities Service Office, U. S. Postal Service, 6 Griffin Road North, Windsor, CT 06006-0300. Certified checks or money orders will be the only acceptable means of payment, made payable to the Disbursing Officer, U. S.
