The project consists of the rehabilitation of Territorial Route 104 from Pine Peace to Chocolate Hole and Territorial Route 105 in Cruz Bay, and includes pavement overlay, drainage work, guardrail work, signing, and pavement marking. Principal items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: Hot Asphalt Concrete Pavement: 3,500 TONS; Aggregate Base: 2,200 TONS; Pavement Milling: 2,500 SQYD; Portland Cement Concrete Curb: 5,400 LNFT; and Pavement Marking: 45,000 LNFT. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Invitation for Bids No. DTFH71-97-B-00031 to be issued on or about August 22, 1997.
