Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Colonial Parking, Inc., 2145 K Street, NW, Washington, DC 20037 for nine (9) reserved parking spaces at U. S. Secret Service Headquarters building located at 1800 G Street, NW. The period of services shall be from October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998. F.O.B. Destination, Inspection and acceptances shall be at destination. Solicitation package is not available. This is a notice of intent to sole source and is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested firms must submit capability statements and provide written pricing information. Only written responses will be accepted and must be received within 15 calendar days of the date of this notice. Prospective offers must also provide information detailing past performance in providing similar or like services, for the past three years, at time of proposal submission. The Government anticipates an award date on or about August 30, 1997. Please note: Quotes submitted by FAX will not be accepted. All responsible offerors shall mail quotes to the U. S.
