Southgate to provide professional services for the "Analysis and Interpretation of Weigh-In-Motion (WIM) Vehicle Classification and Axle Count Data." Some of the issues in the analysis will be: the development of simplified analysis of WIM data, use of data collected by vehicle classification equipment, examples of appropriate and inappropriate data set analysis, etc. In addition to the extensive research and paper presentation, this project will also consist of presentations at the 1998 Transportation Research Board A2BO8 Meeting and the Traffic Monitoring Conference.
