The contractor will convene six conference calls, two work groups, two focus groups; develop a report on methodological and data strategies for assessing cultural competence in mental health systems; and a dissemination plan for the report. Existing guidelines and standards will be used to develop cultural competence methodological and data strategies to assess the quality of services in mental health systems of care.
