Work shall be performed by means of a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Desired completion date is 45 calendar days after notice to proceed. This work is on a one-time only basis. There are no options. The Government reserves the right to award partial or all Contract Line Items (CLINs). Awards will be made from this request for proposals to the responsible offerors whose offers conform to the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. The Government reserves the right to make award without discussion. This solicitation is restricted to participation by small business concerns (100% Set-aside). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code Number is 4499 and the small business size standard is $5 million dollars. The solicitation package will be issued on or about August 22, 1997 and may be obtained by submitting a written request.
