89 -- BREAD AND BAKERY RELATED PRODUCTS FOR VISN I SOL 405-4-98 DUE 091297 POC Susanne Rybczyk, Sr. Contracting Officer, (802) 296-5101 The Northeast VISN I (Veterans Integrated Service Network) consisting of ten (10) Medical Centers require bread and bakery related products in various quantities and locations for a delivery period beginning October 1, 1997 and ending September 30, 1998. The delivery performance period for each of the Medical Center locations may be different. The maximum contract period will be for 12 months. The acquisition will be issued unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by the agency. The contractor shall furnish products under this contract which originate from an establishment currently appearing in the Directory of Sanitarily Approved Food Establishments for Armed Forces Procurement, as published by Headquarters, US Army Health Services Command; and are in accordance with the standards published in the Defense Logistics Agency, Federal Supply Catalog (8900-PL), FSC Group 89, Subsistence, published by the Defense Personnel Support Center.
