DESC: Solicitation: The Navy intends to issue a contract modification for contract N00019-96-C-0029 to McDonnell Douglas Aerospace to provide formal data for a fleet engine LCR (Low Cycle Fatigue) usage data gathering program. The required program must meet the following criteria: (1) The entire program must be priced and costs broken out such that material, software, travel and the engineering man hours are individually identified. (2) Detailed schedules shall be included for the effort identified in the SOW. (3) The cost proposal for the basic work detail in the SOW is requested 15 August 97 and option 1 is due 15 September 97. (4) This effort shall make maximum use of existing facilities and hardware. To facilitate efficient use of test data, contractor format is acceptable for all CDRLs.
