The work includes furnishing and installing one (1) new chiller at Bldg 2 and one new chiller at Bldg 550, associate piping, valves, and modifications for tying into existing chill water and natural gas distribution piping, control systems, new concrete pads, repair to pavement and turf disturbed by installation, and incidental related work, complete and ready for use.
