The USPFO for Tennessee has a recurring requirement for the lease and maintenance of pagers for approximately two hundred and thirty-two (232) pager units. Service will be required for a basic period with two (2) one (1) year option periods. The basic period will be from approximately 1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998. The first option period will be from 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999; second option period will be from 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000. Contractor is to provide all services, equipment, materials, supplies, labor, and support for the pagers. Service is to be continuous, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, including holidays. The coverage areas are throughout the State of Tennessee, to include specific coverage in Chattanooga, Dyersburg, Knoxville, Nashville and the Tri-Cities (Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport) Tennessee. Also included is regional area coverage requirements to include Tennessee with group call activiation. Pager units to be provided will be equal in its features to the NEC Exec and the Nec Index pagers to enable users to leave/access alphanumeric or numeric only messages. To expedite exchanges, an additional seven (7) pagers will be required to be maintained on hand, on Tennessee Army National Guard premises. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside.
