SOL DACA88-97-Q-0270 DUE 082897 POC Contract Specialist Diane Biggs 217/352-6511 7575 Contracting Officer Wayne Kurokawa 217/352-7611 6748 (Site Code DACA88) USACERL requires the demonstration of metallic ion removal via Neutral Precipitation Cross-Flow Microfiltration process at Tobyhanna Army Depot for its uses in heavy metal removal from waste-waters generated in Floor Washings, Ultrasonic Cleaning, and Steam Cleaning, in the Metal Finishing areas. This is part of an on- going research project. Period of service will be from date of award until 30 September 1997. The proposed procurement will be on a sole-source basis. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price with Environmental Research and Development, Inc. Services to be provided will be accomplished through a simplified acquisition procedure. Request for Quotation (RFQ No. DACA88-97-Q-0270) will be issued on or about 20 August 1997 with the closing date on or about 29 August 1997.
