38 -- FIVE YEAR REQUIREMENT FOR ENGINEERING MISSION MODULES SOL DAAE0797RX809 POC POC: Terry Zielinski (810) 574-7125 NSN: 3805-01-443-8024 (dumpbody module), 3990-01-444-6 174 (bituminous distributor module), and 3990-01-444-51 96 (concrete Mobile module). The U.S. Army tankautomotive and armaments command is soliciting a 5 year firm fixed price sole source procurement to the Oshkosh Truck corporation for the procurement of three (3) engineering modulars. The three modules are the dumpbody module, bituminous distributor module and the concrete Mobile module. Oshkosh is the designer and only producer of the pls truck and the only source which has the overall knowledge and experience to Mount the modulars on a flatrack, integrate the truck hydraulics and electrical power to operate the units when loaded on the pls trucks. The 5 year requirements for the engineering mission modules are: dumpbody module (290 EA. max. expected, min. 20 EA, ). bituminous distributor module (60 EA. max. expected, min. 4 EA.), and concrete Mobile module (85 EA. max. expected, min. 6 EA.). see NOTE: 22.
