This project involves all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to complete the work consisting of renovation of the following areas of Building 2. First floor entrance and lobby, fitness room on level 1A, second floor except array face rooms, elevator floor, and elevator door frames. The work includes, but is not limited to architectural finishes, minor wall construction, new ceiling tiles, lights, and miscellaneous mechanical and electrical work to support the ceiling replacement. Renovation shall be performed one phase at a time on each floor. Work may be done on more than one floor at the same time. Each phase will be completed before work begins on the next phase. The existing building shall remain in operation during construction. The contractor will be required to comply with the provisions of AFI 31-101, USAF Physical Security Program and applicable security and law enforcement procedures established at the installation. Contractor will be responsible for providing all escorts and escort officials for their personnel involved in the contract performance within the bounds of the USAF Restricted Area. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance for this project is 180 calendar days. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
