The US Dept. of HUD is seeking the services of a contractor to perform boarding/securing/debris removal services at vacant one-to-four family properties in New York City and Long Island. This will be a fixed-price indefinite quantity contract for one year with a one-year option to renew. The Government shall issue a minimum of 100 task orders per year and a maximum of 1000 orders per year. The SIC Code is 8999 and size standard is $5 million . THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. See Note #1. Commencement of the contract is planned for September 1997. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 20, 1997.
