The US Postal Service desires to lease a one-story building, constructed to its specifications, of approximately 3,634 net interior square feet on a Controlled Site of approximately 3,053 Acres on the North side of Route 7 in Duanesburg, Schenectady County, State of New York. A basic term of 20 years is sought, with four (4) consecutive Renewal Options of five (5) years each. The successful Offeror will be required to acquire the "Controlled Site" in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the "Assignable Option to Purchase" included in the Solicitation Package. The Postal Service will also consider offers on alternate Sites, controlled by the Offeror, similar in size and configuaration to the Controlled Site. Poperty must satisfy all zoning and other requirements to permit its use as a postal facility and should be within the boundaries of Duanesburg; East or West on Rt. 7 or Rt. 20, not more than 3/4 mles from intersection of these two roads.
