Van Gorder, 011-966-1-478-1100 ext 435-7032 Seeking sources to conduct an organizational management effectiveness review to include an analysis of the existing organizational strategic plan, mission, strategic priorities, unit functions, and goals for a DOD agency in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The contractor will brief findings and recommendations; develop an on-site workshop and supporting material to train approximately 30 personnel is setting and measuring organizational goals; provide on-site assistance to the the same personnel in development of goals, measures and action plans for their respective officers; and review/critique the final goals and strategic plan. The primary outcome desired from this contract is a strategic plan that provides a road map to increasing USMTM organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Prospective contractors must have prior experience with large military organizations. References to current and/or former military clients must be provided. (0217)
