The contractor shall provide project management personnel, technical support, and support personnel to assist the Division develop and implement the Department of Sate's construction security program. The acquisition is offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. Eligibility to participate may be restricted to firms in either the developmental or transitional stage. Interested 8(a) firms are encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation as soon as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for the 8(a) program. The SIC code is 7382 (Security Systems Services). A labor hour contract is anticipated. The selected firm will provide services based in Arlington, VA with overseas travel required. Contractor personnel must have or be able to obtain a Top Secret facility security clearance and Top Secret personnel security clearance in accordance with DoD Manual 5220.22M, "Industrial Security Manual for Safeguarding Classified Information" prior to contract award.
