SIMONSON (607) 776-5415 Contractor shall completely prepare site and furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, insurance permits and all other related documents necessary to perform all work for the installation and upgrading of Station Telephone System, including: campus wide conduit duct bank system, manholes, handlholes, and public address system at the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York, in accordance with contract drawings and specifications. Work shall include: trenching for duct bank system; conduit duct bank; road and sidewalk cuts; site restoration; pull and junction boxes; cable tray; asbestos abatement; removals and proper disposal; construction of telecommunications closets; telecommunications cabinets; painting; cutting and patching; wiring; complete public address system; innerduct in conduits. Cost range: $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. Work shall be accomplished within 365 days after receipt of notice to proceed. A non-refundable bid deposit in the amount of $50.00 per each set of drawings and specifications isrequired.
