The Navy requires procurement of an indefinite quantity of Crew Display Units, Palomar Products, Inc. Part Number 1161220-100 that are components of the AN/AIC-34 Intercommunications system which is installed on the Special Missions P-3 aircraft. Award will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity supply type contract with an ordering period of three years. The minimum quantity of 25 each will be ordered at time of contract award, maximum quantity of 60 each to be available for order by the Government during the term of the contract. Delivery of units shall begin 112 days from effective date of contract. Accelerated delivery is acceptable to the Government. FOB destination terms apply with inspection and acceptance at origin. The acquisition of Palomar Products, Inc. part number 1161220-100 is essential to the Government's requirements thereby precluding consideration of any product manufactured by another company. Palomar Products, Inc. source has been fully tested and proven to meet system integration requirements. This acquisition will be issued on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) for Palomar Products, Inc. brand name only. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this Agency.
