THUR. AUGUST 14, 1997 The federal government's long-range goal, as
mandated by FASA, is to convert all acquisition and pro-curement
activities to electronic commerce. This course will provide information
to small businesses on how to secure cost-effective and reliable credit
card acceptance services. In addition, topics such as credit card fraud
and theft protection will be covered. Participants may also receive a
list of IMPAC credit card holders at those government agencies where
the instructor has been able to obtain such list-ings. The instructor
for this course will be Jane Kusic, President of Quantum Financial,
Inc. The cost of this seminar is $25 if prepaid, or $30 at the door. To
