The contractor shall also provide personnel to facilitate the preparation and approval of; 1) rotating menues, 2) serving and cleanup of general serving/eating area; and 3) continuous orientation/training of the Governnment's staff and residents proper procedures of handling food in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local health and sanitation regulations.
