Plans and Specifications will be available on 08/15/97. Bid Opening Date is 09/15/97. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come first serve basis. No charge will be made for the first set of specifications available to each requestor. Estimated cost range $250,000 to $500,000. This project is not set aside for small business concerns.
