Remove all debris from the cemeteries. Remove old fencing and gates. Install new fences made from 5/16" chain with 2 1/2" schedule 40 black steel posts with caps. Post shall be set in concrete with "j" hook welded to post to hang chain. All fencing shall have a chain gate for access to cemeteries. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1799 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
