This is a Pre-solicitation Notice for the Aeromedical Clinic at Andersen AFB, Guam. The work includes construction of approximately 800 square meters of single story medical building, consisting of steel framed, exterior precast concrete walls, metal deck, concrete topping roof slab, and concrete slab on grade floor. Building will be completely furnished with signage, air conditioning, plumbing, lighting power, fire protection systems, and various communications systems including telephone, data, LANs, public address/intercom, and CATV. Supporting facilities include paved parking, landscaping, trellis, and incidental related work. The project is designed and specified using the metric system. Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance period is 480 calendar days. Tentative issue date for plans and specifications is 15 September 1997.
