Commercial Item -- Presently we have a Merlin Telephone System. For the new system we need seven incoming lines, maintain the present phone numbers(5), three fax/modem data line, one which needs to be dedicated to the FEDEX machine. Nineteen phone's with indivial extensions and capability for adding additional phones when needed up to a total of 25. Each phone will have speaker capability. PHONE HARDWARE-Attendant console, all lines appear on separate buttons, auto intercom button, transfer calls to extension or to individual voice mail, paging through the voice terminal speakers, night service when off duty, activation system to auto attendant system, all pickup and other options may be proposed. Individual phones to have access to all outside lines, call pickup, conference, hold, hands free answer on intercom, auto dial, personal speed dial, message forwarding, message light and or display and other option may be proposed. INTERCOM-Intercom will allow individuals to use phone system as an intercomto other individuals, or you can dial the person extension. Conference calling, up to three outside incoming calls. Hold or pause, transfer caller, display to view numbers of other callers and number of messages. Automated attendant; with option of a real person to answer which after 3 or 4 rings switched over to a welcome message with various voice mail or extensions to departments or individuals. Auto redial and voice mail to have capability to hold up to 15 messages with the maximum of 30 seconds per message. (Other options and capabilities may be proposed by the vendor for Government evaluation to be included in quote.) Systems will be evaluated on options offered, company's past performance in providing quality system of similar size, availability of maintenance, warranty period or type of warranty offered, delivery and installation period and price.
